INTERLOCK,UK PROGRAMMES
Our LEADS Organisation closely associated with the Interlock, UK and we did the following programmes.
- We maintained 10 Tution centres, after Tsunami in the Villages of Machilipatnam coast for Two years, with study material, nutritious food and providing recreation and sports materials.
- We maintained child labour school for drop outs in Nuzvid and mainstreaming the children.
- We Distributed Masks, Sanitizers, Notes, Slates and Slate Pencils for 295 school Children in the Villages of Gollapudi ,Kaza,Nuzvid,paritala and Batlapenumarru of Krishna District, with the support of Interlock,UK. In this pandemic.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Our organization formed self-help groups in the villages of Eleven Mandals of Krishna District and registered mutually aided cooperative societies at mandal level. LEADS uses thrift and credit finance to empower women from weaker sections, to build their capacities for self – reliance and economic sustainability. LEADS equips the SC, ST and BC communities with organizations, competent professionals, knowledge skills, resources and linkages for economic stake assertion.
We established Eleven mutually aided Thrift and credit (independent and interdependent community owned/ managed) cooperative societies (MACS) in eleven mandals of Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh in India.
Our services to SHG’s and MACS:
- Capacity building
- Financial Services
- Livelihood Services
- Social Security Services
